Looking for a job? But don’t know how apply for it? Here are some simple steps which will guide you to apply for jobs and admission.

The first step, before applying for any job or admission in any university, is to know about the organization. 

Know about the organization: 

The candidate should gather full information about all the institute where he or she wants to apply. If the candidate is applying for the job, he should know details like job location, job pay, company’s profile etc.
If desirous personal is applying for admission in some university, he should know details like university profile, admission details, seats etc. 

After knowing full information, select the best organization. Candidate after evaluating all the pros and cons should choose the organization which is best for him or her. 

Process of Applying: 

Now are simple steps of applying procedure: 

      1.  Firstly, to the official website of organization. 

      2.  Click on admission corner. 

      3.   Read the instructions carefully before applying in any mode. (Especially in online mode). 

      4.  An application form will appear, if you choose to apply in online mode. 

Note: candidates can download the application form and fill in offline mode also. But this depends from institute to institute. In some of the organization, online registration is compulsory. In that case students cannot opt for filing application form in offline mode. 

       5.  Fill all the details with utmost care. You will be asked information like your name, choose the course/post for which you want to apply, details of last attended schools and colleges. 

Note: candidate should keep all the previous record with them, while filing the form, as they will be asked to fill details like marks, board, roll no etc. 

      6.   After filing all the information details, candidates will be asked to attach all the previous mark sheets with the application form. If the candidate is applying in online mode then he should keep the scanned documents ready on his computer. If he is applying in offline mode then he should attach Xerox copy of al documents with the form. 

       7.   Payment mode: Generally, most of the applicants face problems in payment mode.   If you are applying in online mode, then you can pay money through debit, credit card or net banking. Those who don’t have these cards can pay money through challan.

A challan is generated while filing the form, if candidate opt to pay money through challan, download the Challan and take its print out copy to the nearby bank (mentioned in form) and fill the money in cash. Generally it takes 24 hours to process the challan money to reach to the institute’s account. 

If you are opting offline mode then money can be paid through demand draft. 

       8.  After filing all the details and fees, candidate should click on submit button for submitting the application form. In case of offline mode, application form should reach to the university address through post before the last date.

       9.  Candidates should keep the last date of filing application form in their mind. As no institute accept application form after the last dater.

Note: candidate should note here that application process vary from organization to organization. Therefore before filing the form, candidates must read the instructions carefully.
