Online Application procedure

These days most of the universities and institutes accept online application for the admission and jobs. Online applications require a series of materials and documents attached with the application. Therefore it is advised to arrange all the materials in advance before applying online. 

Here are list of things that you must have before applying online:

Things required:

·         A valid Email id:

The first thing required for applying online is a valid email id. The first step involved in filling an online application is to sign in with an email id. All the necessary information about exams and selection will be sent on that id of candidates. Therefore candidates are requested not to change that id during examination process. If applicant forgets the email password then most of the sites also provide recovery option. So candidates should recover their password instead of changing their registered email id.

·         Means for online payment: (Debit/Credit card):

Applicants are requested to keep their debit/credit cards with them while filling online application form.  While filling the application form candidates will be asked to enter the card number, cvv and expiry date. Therefore applicants must know all these information well in advance.

·         Educational background:

While filling the application form applicants will be asked to enter their educational background information. Therefore before filling application candidates must know their high school, intermediate, graduation and post graduation scores along with the roll numbers. Applicants must scan the documents to be attached and keep them safe in their computers or laptops.

·         Updated Resume:

If applicant is applying for some job then he must keep his updated Resume in soft copy with him. He will be asked to attach his resume with the application form.

·         Scanned documents

Applicants must scan all the documents which have to be attached along with the application form. Some of the documents which may be required are: mark sheets, CV, letter of reference (if any), certificates etc.

1.      Go to the official website of the concerned institute/University

2.      Click on online examination form

3.      Sign in with your valid email address and password

4.        Fill the application form

5.     Make online payment (fill all the required card number, pin, cvv and expiry date)

6.      Click on submit button

After following these simple steps your online application form is submitted.
