Skill: Candidates having B.Sc (Agric)/ B.Sc and M.Sc
in the concerned stream such as Plant Breeding/ Genetics/Plant Breeding and
Genetics / Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Botany with min 65%
marks.
Desired
Qualification: They should be NET qualified with required research
experience.
Procedure
of Selection: Interview will be the basis of selection.
Salary
Structure: Candidates who are applying for SRF will get
Rs.14,000 + HRA monthly while those who are applying for JRF will get Rs.12,000
+ HRA monthly for 1st two years after that they will be appointed as
SRF.
Fee
Criteria: Rs 200/- is to be given as an application fee
in the form of DD drawn in favour of Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana. The fee will
be sent to the Office of the Head, Department of Plant Breeding & Genetics
on any working day from 9:00-5.00 pm.
