Criteria for MTech in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology:
- Academic Norms: The applicant should have completed Bachelor’s Degree with Physics/Chemistry as a subject with 60% (55% for reserved category) in aggregate marks and should have completed at least one year course in Mathematics.
- Total Seats: 15 numbers
